Anne was trained as an Architect followed by a UC Berkeley Haas MBA, has 10 years experience as a practicing architect, and 22 years in real estate sales and real estate brokerage development and ownership. She recently sold her two Northern California brokerages in San Francisco and Burlingame (with over $2,000,000,000 in annual sales) so that she could focus on two areas: growing Elizabeth Olcott & Associates as a regional PLACE Partner team and attracting additional top teams to PLACE partnership.
Anne Kennedy has been an active real estate investor for over two decades, primarily in single-family housing. She and her husband own numerous properties in several US states and Europe. She has taught investing in real estate for 18 years and has taught thousands of investors and real estate agents across the country how to build secure financial futures through sound real estate investing practices.
